Convenient location, value for money, friendly staff.

Smoking was allowed on the common outside deck, which meant in close proximity to our door. Of course, that is likely to be an American dislike, based on our "no-smoking" laws.

We stayed there for a couple of nights to visit friends staying nearby. Excellent value for the money. Room had just been redone and was very nice, clean and comfortable. Owner/manager vry helpful and hospitable.

It was pretty well exactly what we needed and we had really nothing to complain about.
